Continuity & Phasing Test Leads

The Continuity & Phasing test leads are used to identify the phases and continuity of a customers’ consumer mains.  The test leads are attached to the consumer mains at the customers meter position and the testing carried out with a suitable Insulation Resistance test meter at the point of electrical supply.

The leads are only used on new or de-energised, disconnected and isolated consumer mains when carrying out the tests.

Each test lead of the unit is connected internally to a different resistance value to make the identification of the phases possible.
